Transitioning to Technical Project Manager, I led a 4-person data team deploying solutions for a partner, facilitating meetings to resolve dataset issues, providing expertise in SQL, visualization, and AARRR metrics, and applying agile methods to deliver Profit & Loss and Growth Funnel dashboards. Finally, as Data Literacy Education Specialist, I refined curriculum, activities, UX, processes, and tech stacks; prototyped educational tools; scaled experiments; prioritized features; and taught live visualization/cleaning sessions to home-based moms—leveraging SQL and visualization tools throughout.

I performed econometric analysis in R to forecast Bitcoin spreads using over 10,000 daily data points and applied Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to detect common themes in suspected SEC transactions across a database of half a million messages. I also analyzed anti-money laundering risks. Beyond my duties, I created a GitHub knowledge repository for best-practice reports on data mining, analysis, and visualization, plus a 1-hour programming assessment for incoming analysts. I built a data dictionary standardizing variables for real-time transactions involving over 5 million customers. I owned and maintained 200+ dashboards with 2,000+ charts, ensuring data integrity in the Business Intelligence platform through SQL-based alerts.
